2560 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read the following terms of use carefully before using 2560's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 2560 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2560 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where access to such services is legally permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of 2560's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by anyone else.
  • Notifying 2560 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date, especially during the identity verification process.

2560 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected on an account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

By using the 2560 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. You agree not to:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the 2560 platform or its technology infrastructure.
  • Using automated software or methods (bots, scripts) to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
  • Attempting fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful financial activity through your account.
  • Sharing your account or granting third parties access to use it.

2560 reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or terminating an account, in the event of any breach of the above rules. 2560's decisions in such matters are final.

4. Payment Information and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 2560 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, and bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them.

Deposit

  • Deposits are processed subject to the minimum limits set by your chosen payment method.
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account within a timeframe that depends on the payment method used.
  • 2560 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal

  • Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name.
  • 2560 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of terms.
  • Any taxes or charges related to transactions are the sole responsibility of the user.

2560 uses SSL encryption to protect all financial transaction data. However, users are responsible for ensuring the security of the devices and internet connections they use when conducting transactions.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

2560 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no implied or express warranties that the platform will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, 2560 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 2560 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software code, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of 2560 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 2560.

The 2560 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2560 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Account Suspension and Closure

2560 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested identity verification documents, or at the user's own request. In the event of a suspension or closure, any valid balance in the account will be processed in accordance with 2560's internal procedures, subject to any required investigation.

Changes to These Terms

2560 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
